(Auditing Firm, Dar Es Salaam in Tanzania)  – Our client is a dynamic and reputable auditing firm seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in auditing. Proven experience in supervising and guiding junior team members. Responsible to play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: Providing expert guidance to associates on audit schedules and required audit tests. Reviewing the work of associates during fieldwork to ensure quality and compliance. Conducting thorough reviews of completed audit work by associates. Offering regular feedback to the Audit Supervisor and manager on ongoing work progress. Verifying amounts and information in audit confirmations, promptly reporting any discrepancies to the Audit Supervisor. Communicating any significant issues or observations gained during fieldwork to the Audit Supervisor. Assisting the Audit Supervisor in client follow-up schedules, analytical review preparation, and updating IFRS checklists. Embracing any other work-related tasks to contribute to the team’s success. Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications. Demonstrated professionalism and competence in various client environments. Strong willingness to learn new skills under supervision. Results-oriented mindset with a knack for meeting deadlines.

 

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a combination of the following qualifications:  Partial or full ACCA/ACA/CPA qualification. A degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
