DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overseeing the tracking and management of a large fleet of trucks to ensure efficient and timely operations. Developing and implementing effective tracking systems to monitor fleet movement and performance in real-time. Collaborating with drivers, dispatchers, and operational teams to resolve routing and delivery issues promptly. Analysing tracking data to improve fleet utilization, reduce downtime, and optimize costs. Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards for all vehicles in the fleet. Training and mentoring tracking team members to enhance operational efficiency. Providing regular reports and updates to management on fleet performance and tracking metrics.

 

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Tracking system management, specifically handling a large fleet of trucks. Proficiency in using advanced fleet tracking systems and logistics software. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and analytical abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and transport compliance standards.
